| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of the bid to Ken Garff Motors, Cheyenne, Wyoming in the amount of $98,530 for their bid on Two (2) New 2023 Utility Police Interceptor AWD SUV. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| These vehicles are not budgeted in FY24 and are replacements for our Police Department Unit 449 and Unit 467. Unit 449 was hit by lightning and will be partially funded by Warm Insurance. Unit 467 was involved in a collision and possibly covered by citizen’s insurance. Additional funds will be used to upfit the vehicles with the necessary police equipment, appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc. |

| These vehicles were not budgeted for FY24. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I move for approval to award the bid to Ken Garff Motors, Cheyenne, Wyoming in the amount of $98,530 for their bid on Two (2) New 2023 Utility Police Interceptor AWD SUV. |
