SUBJECT:
Council Consideration of a Memorandum of Understanding Between Campbell County, Wyoming and the City of Gillette, Wyoming Regarding Adult Softball Fields.
BACKGROUND:

Both the City and County recognize the potential need for additional recreation fields for adults. As such, the City and County, through its Department of Recreation, propose to hire a consultant to study the need for additional adult softball fields at the Energy Capital Sports Complex.

 

Under the proposed MOU, the City and County Department of Recreation would split equally the cost for hiring such consultant. The total amount contemplated is $8,000.00, with $4,000.00 to be paid by the City and $4,000.00 to be paid by the County Department of Recreation.
ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET:
An amount not to exceed $4,000.00.
SUGGESTED MOTION:
I move for approval of the Memorandum of Understanding Between Campbell County, Wyoming and the City of Gillette, Wyoming Regarding Adult Softball Fields.
