| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management Services Associated with the Alley Pavement Management Systems 2019 Project with Inberg-Miller Engineers, in the Amount of $18,900.00 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
The Alley PMS 2019 Project will include the rehabilitation of an existing alley. The alley is located between South Emerson Avenue and South Osborne Avenue from East 2nd Street to East 3rd Street. The Alley PMS 2019 project has been awarded to Mountain Peak Builders and will be completed this upcoming construction season.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The funding for this project has been allocated from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account 201-10-05-419-40-44331 in the amount of $18,900.00.

I move for Approval of a Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management Services Associated with the Alley Pavement Management Systems 2019 Project, with Inberg-Miller Engineers, in the Amount of $18,900.00 (1% Project).
