| A Public Hearing Related to Support, on Behalf of the Governing Body of the City of Gillette, Wyoming, for the Campbell County Public Land Board to Submit an Application to the Wyoming Business Council Under the Business Ready Community Grant and Loan Program for a Community Readiness Project Loan for the Purpose of the CAM-PLEX Energy Hall and Heritage Center Renovation and Remodel Project. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| In an effort to secure additional funding sources, staff supports the Campbell County Public Land Board for the loan application to the Wyoming Business Council to fund the remaining costs for the CAM-PLEX Energy Hall and Heritage Center Renovation and Remodel Project. A full copy of the Campbell County Public Land Board's loan application will be available for review in the City Finance Department after April 1st. |

| The loan request will be an amount not to exceed $2,100,000.00. |
