Cindy Parsons, owner of Montgomery Bar, is requesting to extend their serving area to include a 20' X 30' outdoor fenced patio on the back side of the building. The area, for now, will be fenced with cattle panels and snow fencing, with the possibility of future permanent fencing.

(A Zoning Permit was issued, and the owners contacted Building Inspection to ensure the area would comply with City Codes.) 

The area will be utilized annually during the Months of June through September, for consumption only, no dispensing.
