The original Tyler agreement was dated June 18, 2012. If the City wishes to purchase additional software functionality beyond the scope of the original agreement, Tyler amends that agreement to include the new software.
The EnerGov Software to be purchased will be utilized by the Development Services Department. This software will integrate with the GIS Enterprise, Tyler MUNIS, and Tyler Financials software. This software also will replace the current electronic review plans software ePlans. Additionally, the software will allow all of Development Services staff to perform single data entry, instead of entering data into GIS once, and then into Tyler.
This software also includes an online component which will provide the ability for workers to access applications and data while out in the field. Additionally, the software will provide improved efficiency and functionality for all of Development Services operations.
The initial cost of the software is $367,180.00. The annual maintenance fee amount is estimated at $32,340.00 for subsequent years. |
