| BACKGROUND: |
This project replaced an existing sanitary sewer installed in 1990 adjacent to Potter Avenue from University Road to Potter Avenue (490 LF of 12" PVC). Included with this project was some slope stabilization and under drain system in the area disturbed by construction of the new sanitary sewer main. The Contractor (Mountain View Building, Inc.) completed the project on time and under budget. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
There were three (3) change orders associated with this project that decreased the contract by $92,612.12, resulting in a final contract amount of $456,015.88 from the original amount of $548,628.00.
