| Council Consideration of a Rail Spur Agreement Between Mountain Mud Services & Supply, Inc., and the City of Gillette. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The City is the owner of a private rail spur line running through Lot 15, 16 and 17 of Block 4 in the Energy Park. The City grants Mountain Mud the right to use the portion of its private rail immediately adjacent to Lot 15, 16 and 17 of Block 4 in the Energy Park in exchange for six thousand dollars ($6000.00) from July 15, 2019 through July 14, 2020. |
