| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the Crestview Sanitary Sewer Improvements, with DOWL, in the Amount of $61,036.00 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The scope of work with this Agreement includes design and bidding documents for the installation of new Sanitary Sewer mains, Water main, Electrical services and Street improvements associated with the annexation of the Barton Subdivision. These improvements were part of an agreement with the developer that needed to be completed after the annexation agreement was signed. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I move for Approval of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services/Construction Management Associated with the Crestview Sanitary Sewer Improvements 20EN10, with DOWL, in the amount of $61,036.00 (1% Project). |
