| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the 2020 PMS Project, with Kadrmas, Lee, & Jackson, in the Amount of $219,276.00 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
The 2020 Pavement Management System Project will address pavement issues at seven different locations within Gillette. These locations include:
- Bundy Avenue from Longmont Street to East Railroad Street
- Warren Avenue from West 10th Street to the south end of the Cul-de-sac
- East Flying Circle Drive from Jack Plane Lane to Ship Wheel Lane
- South Brooks Avenue from East 8th Street to East 6th Street
- South Kendrick Avenue from 2nd Street to 1st Street
- East 6th Street from Gillette Avenue to South Miller Avenue
- and West 8th Street from Warren Avenue to South Gillette Avenue.
Kadrmas, Lee, and Jackson (KLJ) will be providing survey, engineering design, and bidding while retaining a sub-consultant for geotechnical exploration. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The fees for the Design and Bidding Services of the PMS 2020 Project will be $219,276.00.
The project will be funded by the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account 201-10-05-419-40-44331. |
