| BACKGROUND: |
| AB Gillette WY, LLC, submitted a liquor license transfer application to the Clerk's Office on August 28, 2019. The News Record publication dates were September 3, 2019 and September 17, 2019, and a public notice was posted at the restaurant. The application and all supporting documents have been submitted to, and accepted by, the Wyoming Liquor Division. All requirements have been met and the transfer is ready for Council consideration. |
